Registration & Payment

How do I register?

Online at equipexposition.com. Click the blue button in the top right.

Registrations are not processed by phone. A mail-in form is available on request at equip@jade.mcievents.com.

When is registration open?

Now through the close of the show on October 23, 2026.

How do I know my registration worked?

You will get a confirmation email, usually within 3 business days.

If you do not receive one, email equipexpo@jade.mcievents.com.

Can I register my team or a group?

Yes. Add people during checkout and use the same company name for everyone. Booth staff are registered by the exhibitor's primary contact under their badge allotment.

Can I register onsite?

Yes, but the best price is always online. Register early to save.

What payment methods are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

How do I get a receipt?

Click the blue RECEIPT button at the bottom of your confirmation email.

Can I transfer my badge or change the name?

Yes. Email the helpline at equipexpo@jade.mcievents.com or use the name-change option on your confirmation page.

What is the refund and cancellation policy?
  • Trade show passes are non-refundable.
  • Education fees are refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee.
  • No cancellations or refunds of any kind after September 25, 2026.

What do I need to pick up my badge?

A valid driver's license.

Your confirmation email includes pickup instructions, and a full remote-location list is sent a week before the show.

Education & Classes

Where is the full event schedule?

The event schedule lives at equipexposition.com/events-and-features. Current education and event schedules:

Does Equip offer education and classes?

Yes. Both free and paid sessions.

Classes are listed on the website in April 2026 and in the mobile app (search "Equip") in summer 2026. Free sessions are marked on both.

What do classes cost?

$50 to $150 depending on the class type. Education can be added to your badge through your registration confirmation.

Can I add education or upgrades to my registration?

Yes. A la carte options, free sessions, and an education pass are posted by April 1, 2026. You can add them during registration or later through your confirmation page.

At the Show

Can I rent a scooter or wheelchair?

Yes. Reserve through Scooter Time Rentals (select Equip Exposition under Fairs, Festivals & Expos), or call 423-569-1933.

Is there bag check or coat check?

Yes, in Hallway B at the Kentucky Exposition Center during show hours.

Are meals included? What about food?

Meals are not included. On-site food vendors offer varied options, including for dietary restrictions. Vendor menus post to the mobile app within two weeks of the show.

Is there a dress code?

No formal dress code. Comfortable work attire is recommended, with practical footwear for demos and outdoor areas.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the Kentucky Exposition Center is fully accessible. Scooters and wheelchairs are available through Scooter Time Rentals at 423-569-1933.

When is the Welcome Reception?

Tuesday, October 20 at Churchill Downs, 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. Included with your badge.

Is there a keynote speaker?

Yes. HGTV star and veteran contractor Mike Holmes, Wednesday, October 21 at 11 a.m.

Mike Holmes brings his "make it right" philosophy to the Equip stage with real-world insight on raising standards and quality. Included with registration.

What is the Dealer Breakfast?

Wednesday, October 21, 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. at the Kentucky Exposition Center. $20 per person.

When is the Mulligan's 5K Fun Run & Walk? How do I register?

Wednesday, October 21, 2026, 6:30 a.m. to 8 a.m. Add it during Equip registration.

  • What: The 5th-annual Mulligan's 5K Fun Run & Walk, hosted by the TurfMutt Foundation (named after Mutt Mulligan). A separate event from Mulligan's Mutt Madness, the dog-adoption activation held Thursday.
  • When: Steps off Wednesday, Oct 21 at 6:30 a.m., crossing the Ohio River on Louisville's Big Four Pedestrian Bridge.
When is the Women's Leadership Reception?

Thursday, October 22, 2026, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Complimentary.

Connect with women leaders from across the industry at our complimentary Power Players Panel and Women's Leadership Reception. This event offers a valuable opportunity to expand your network while engaging with influential women who are shaping and transforming the industry.

What's the weather like? What should I wear?

Equip is held in late October in Louisville, Kentucky. Expect cool fall weather, with outdoor demo areas exposed to the elements. Dress in layers, bring practical footwear and a jacket for the outdoor demo yard. Check a local forecast closer to the show.

My registration says "pending approval." What does that mean and how long does it take?

Pending approval means your registration was received and is being reviewed; payment will be processed and your spot is held.

Typical turnaround is two business days. If it takes longer, email us at equipexpo@jade.mcievents.com.
